The Double Diamond Dental Plan (DDDP) is designed to provide an affordable option for patients that wish to maintain a healthy, confident smile.
Here’s how it works once you enroll …
For an annual fee of $389, enrolled patients benefit from the following dental care services:
- 2 exams per year
- 1 set of x-rays per year (bitewings or full mouth)
- 2 cleanings per year
- 15% discount on all other services or products (discount will vary if using Care Credit)
Discounts apply for additional family members living in the same household. Children’s plans are $299 (6-12 years) and also include 2 fluoride treatments per year.
DDDP only applies to services provided at Dr. Morgan’s office and cannot be transferred or combined with other offers. Plan services must be completed within the active 12-month period.
